Event Thu 1/25: Boeing’s HorizonX – Turning Startup Ideas Into Reality

Formed in early 2017, Boeing’s HorizonX leverages the power of the world’s largest aerospace company to bring new business ventures to the market to unlock the next generation of game-changing ideas, products, and markets. From investment capital to tech commercialization and market access, HorizonX turns new ideas and businesses into reality. Investment and partnership areas of interest include: disruptive mobility, advanced logistics, connectivity, autonomy, advanced manufacturing, advanced materials, cybersecurity, AI and machine learning, industrial IoT, space, alternative energy systems and business model innovation.

Join us to meet and hear from Aaron Peterman, Senior Strategy Analyst at HorizonX, and see how your startup and ideas can be turned into reality. Prior to HorizonX, Aaron worked in strategic development and M&A at Boeing, in venture capital at Verus International, and founded nawgin – a mobile game where friends compete to find out who is more intelligent. Aaron holds a B.S. in Finance & Economics from the Trulaske College of Business and a certificate in Strategy from Stanford University. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys playing with his dog Cooper, exercising, golfing, reading, snowboarding and occasionally putting his ACE personal trainer certificate to good use.
